2010 Camp Mt Evelyn

Camp 2010 was held at Mt. Evelyn Recreation camp on 20th, 21st & 22nd August. We were honoured to have all Instructors from the Ju-Jitsu Instructors Alliance and students from all their clubs present.

 Thanks to these Instructors for teaching sessions and organising and sharing your martial arts knowlege for the whole weekend; Hanshi Ron Ramadge from Anshin Ryu Ju-jitsu, Soke Joe Varvello, Shihan Peter Angus and Kyoshi Ann Varvello from Ju-Jitsu Australia Dojos.

We also give thanks to the Parents that assisted with duties on the weekend. The camp was a great success well organised and a great time was had by all students and instructors.                                  

FIGHT FOR LIFE SEMINAR 2010

A two day weekend seminar and dinner was organised by Shihan Kevin Walsh Idokan Australia in tribute to one of his instructors Shihan dai Wendy Carroll to raise money for the cancer council Australia.  Martial arts Instructors from all around the world and Australia wide came together to help with this grand event. To help raise money for this great cause. Martial arts students from all different arts and clubs throughout Australia were lucky to be in the presents of such an elite level of teaching. Soke Joe Varvello was honoured to be an Instructor on the day.
